The Historic Village in Ocean View would like to invite you to an evening with a few local residents who were born here and can share stories of life in Ocean View in the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s. Imagine sitting in your living room with older relatives sharing their lives before development and tourism changed Ocean View forever. Come and meet members of the Long-Murray family and Dolby family and enjoy a night of fun!

Featured guests: Bernice Long Murray, Yvonne Long Murray, Bruce Dolby, and Lois Wood Dolby.

Moderator: Bob Herrington, great-great grandson of Nathaniel Long, who was born and raised in Ocean View, too!

This event, free of charge, will take place on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, 7PM at Hall's Store in the Historic Village, directly adjacent to John West Park in Ocean View. Ample parking is available around the park and light refreshments will be served.
