Presentation - Wanda Powell Film and Tribute

In 2009, the Ocean View Historical Society held a fantastic lecture featuring Wanda Willey Powell, one of the founders of the Historic Village. She spoke about growing up in Millville and told many (often very funny) stories that she remembered. 

Fortunately, it was filmed, and, unfortunately, we lost Wanda recently at the age of 95. Her daughter and granddaughter will join us on October 23rd at 7:00 pm at Hall’s Store in the Historic Village to celebrate Wanda and we will feature the film. 

Please come for a night of history, laughter, and memories. Hall's Store is handicapped-accessible. Please use the parking lots around John West Park at 32 West Avenue. See our "VISIT" page for details.
